If you are ever dissatisfied with a product that Temple Care Empire L.L.C. has sold, please feel free to communicate via email. Temple Care Empire L.L.C. does not take returns. Temple Care Empire L.L.C. also does not give refunds unless there has been a genuine error on the company's end. Those include shipping the wrong order. If your order is stolen from your home, Temple Care Empire L.L.C. does not take responsibility for the loss and respectfully will not reimburse your order. In the event that your order (the products; not the shipping materials such as the box) arrives to you damaged, please reach out via email with your receipt and pictures of the damaged products. If there was a genuine mishap on the companies end your order will be reshipped.
